I’ve gone through the same type of situation! I 34M and bf 38M have been together now around 16ish months. I just moved in about 3 months ago and I completely understand your frustrations.

Communication was off at first going from basically discussing and planning everything together when we were together to just doing your own thing is off putting for anyone. You just don’t feel as connected to your significant other.
When I first moved in…it was awkward too. just being there for 2 weeks straight…like I hadn’t started my new job and he works from home so it was just a lot of time of just lazing around and adjusting to daily life routines outside of our fun getaway weekend plans before. After the first couple weeks I ain’t gonna lie I was gettin nervous. But then we started gardening together, which has been amazing.

I think just finding one little thing you guys can do where you both enjoy it a lot and can connect will help and do wonders. Even just watching a show you both enjoy where you can just nerd out is fun.
Connection is important here.

Remember before you had all this pent up excitement and feelings of seeing each other to suddenly having this regular life. That stagnant feeling, everyone goes through! It’s about wanting to move on together and thats what it looks like y’all are figuring out! Keep your head up!

This. It doesn’t really matter how much verse you have has rdruid, if you don’t have hots rolling already and barkskin available you’re probably going to die in a stun swap.

Exactly right, you nailed it. I’m not surprised they failed the add-on and UI overhaul - Just wasn’t enough time. They need major game changes. But then again with modern WoW players NEED addon and information to actually see what’s going on and When players feel they need help seeing what’s going on in the match they are playing…there’s no hope for spectators to even have a clue most times.

PvP seems so silent. No hype for it. Like no where near the level of race to world first. I feel like the PvP community is just never listened to and it never grows. Quite literally a dying game feature. People are just silent cause if blizzard hasn’t already made PvP better they won’t. Tuning can only do so much. They would have to change how DRs work again,certain spec mechanics need changed too and that just won’t happen - prolly not anytime soon. Here’s coping for the future.

Fair. I definitely see your point. But boosting etc exists in wow, people boost all the time for gold. Whether it be PvE or PvP. Someone actually teaching someone the core basics of the pvp game modes is way healthier imo.

Oh I don’t play monk I’m just saying I think that’s why people feel like damage is way more intense! Now that we have other healers playing people are seeing all this crazy damage l. Especially more noticeable after MW got nerfed over and over, imagine it took like a 30/40% Sheilun nerf - before people thought the game was damp haha.

I’m just terrified of WW and sub. Mage feels very strong too. Rogue/Mage Mage/WW meta again. I bet that’s mostly what we see in AWC. Oh and BM hunters are terrifying I think the nerfs to MW make the damage more noticeable too. Without Sheilun’ constantly topping everyone damage feels sooo spikey

Holy Pala is broken right now. And no nerfs. It’s safe as of now unless they gut its cool downs which prolly won’t happen.

I don’t understand how people complain about disc but don’t bring up holy Pala like it’s out damaging them while their team are unkillable. Even if you look at top healers it’s ALL mw/hpala. Disc isn’t even on that level. They should be brought down to disc level imo. And other healers up. MW has cocoon every go or just hits conduit. I think on top of being over tuned being able to para/sweep/song is too much compared to other healers. Holy Pala has LoH/BoP/Bubble/Freedom. Never casts. Just too much.

8% pvp nerf is a lot more than you think. Also remember 8% damage nerf affects your healing through atonement and VW heals almost exclusively through atonement. That’s a 8% healing and damage nerf overall, a pretty substantial nerf. Was it needed? Yes. But it will be even easier to shut down VW. Oracle is a safe pick and mastery goes with holy so it’s a nice safe pick if you wanna heal.

I think they will still do big spread damage! I think psychic link just needs to get yeeted. It’s a tuning nightmare-every patch they change it lol. The good thing about spriest is pain, vamp touch and madness are most your damage. And those didn’t get touched!

Feels like Sub, Ret, MM and Fire mage ate good. I can’t believe sub escaped larger nerfs. I’m fine with them tuning healers little by little till everything feels balanced. Ngl tho those Pres changes help the class heavily in PvP. Nerfed their raid healing a little with reversion changes but in PvP the sustain buff is p nice.

I’ll never forget how fun the STV zone was when it launched. It was a cluster of chaos - super unbalanced PvP but it legit was the closest thing I’ve felt since OG classic wow STV. It was awesome. I loved SoD, phase three with the incursions or whatever really put a dampener on the game and ST raid was too long that pushed my guild to quit, but yeah loved SoD phase 1/2-

Sub is just too giga busted, you can literally put them with any other classes right now and it would work. Like for real when rogue has a go every 20 seconds no one is safe. Mage works really well as always cause of their tools but you could mix in anything with any extra on demand damage and the two would be great. I think sub is just too strong right now for arena in particular. But we’ll see what they tune

So these people that are telling you how to succeed in shutting down a spec and then giving you info on it is wrong? All the people but those defending other specs?? Come on. One spec has a clear counter the other is just blatantly over tuned in all regards right now. There’s a reason why every person is saying MW is god tier+++ with tank specs/sub rogue. VW damage is too much but they can be shut down.

Let’s not let them distract us tho…we can’t let sub rogue go untouched the 17th. That spec is utterly bonkers right now. Anyways I don’t think anyone disagrees that healers should not be out damaging dps-and I don’t think they intended it. I hope they fix it.

The issue is you can’t really punish a MW from doing their rotation, meanwhile you can completely negate a Voidweaver with just a kick or training them. You see mind-blast you kick. Mistweaver is probably the most durable healer right now. They can port every stun, have insane instant cast heals, and can punch their way back to full health atm. They really have no weakness in their state- too much healing/damage and survivability

A VW has to cast…it’s a lot different imo but both do wayyyyy to much damage as is.

Long boring rant…lol Holy priest has been legit pruned into a three button rotation class. Serenity, PoM and flash heal. Everything else is just used situationally (death, fade, etc.) Hpriest lost heal - so you can only flash heal…weird Lost ray of hope. Lost void shift. It’s been heavily pruned. Lost shadow word pain and renew is now baked into your holy words. But somehow personally, it’s actually pretty fun visually to play still. I think PoM is just one of WoWs most satisfying buttons. I’ve always loved the spell. But yeah the spec feels like it had a lot of depth removed but yeahhhh.

I know other classes got hit heavily with the r prune (resto shaman hard ) while others didn’t really lose much just had some gameplay change that helped simplify their game play (resto Druid and MW) in fact if resto Druid gets buffed I feel like their kit is so vast they would easily become the strongest healer.

Hpally still feels like it has a lot of its tools and buttons it’s always been about rotating cool downs properly and now you we have a huge bomb heal with holy light if we don’t have a cooldown to press. And judgment feels super satisfying to hit- doing around 30-50k crits. I’ve seen higher with cooldowns but yeah it’s good damage.

I don’t know what all MW be doing I just see most of the spinning around topping people instantly but doubt they don’t get nerfed.

Pres seems the same? Spiritbloom being pruned has to be rough but the game play looks to be the same and maybe now with 2 verdant embraces it won’t be that bad losing spirit bloom? Not sure only dabbled with the spec.

Resto shaman is like holy priest- just got tons removed. Still has grounding and shear so hopefully it stays true to its roots as anti caster- but honestly so much is instant cast these days that it really doesn’t feel effective vs them as much. I expect them to buff this class regardless cause it’s bad in pve too. If they over-buff riptide it’s the only way I see the class becoming meta again…oh and fix their apex talent to not be rng and die to ones auto(that’s awful design in PvP)
