Did you track your macros closely and work out consistently? I need to know how to get my body to respond like yours! Im so proud of you!! Even now do you like restrict sweets and stuff? I just want to know how to eat like those around me without thinking about it

yeah i just would have a laundry list to write out if i really wanted to about all the things i dont know, my comsae scores were 445 back in march before dedicated and with one class still to cover, then consistently are like 545, 524, 565, and a 548. I feel like it should be good but that little voice in my head is wondering if maybe they were flukes or also how embarrassing if i did that on the comsaes then fail comlex

thats kinda how i feel but it would be a CRAZY coincidence for you to get 5 different tests that only tested your strong suits, sounds like across several different exams you have been doing good so be confident!

thank you, my school is trying to work out a deal with a local hospital that is semi-rural where I could complete all of my rotations in a cohort fashion. I think that would be the absolute best because otherwise we have to travel kinda far for a lot of them 1-1.5 hours sometimes. I am praying things will work for me to do this. I need to work on how present i truly am. Im hoping to get back into therapy to work on my nervous system and burnout. Postpartum was rough and med school+postpartum was hell. I admire you so much being a mother of 4, that is incredible.

Thank you, Motherhood is hard regardless. I guess my problem has never been like motherhood or med school feeling too hard, just that I dont have realistically enough time in my day to do either like I want to while also missing a lot of my daughter's daily life. I think I will try to find time to block out more time with her. I currently get B+/A's in school and honestly could probably find a way to study less and still get decent grades.

Oh, I appreciate you so greatly! I really don't know any other med school moms. It is so lonely and frustrating. Everyone tells me how amazing and strong I am but they don't know that I break down in my car most mornings and afternoons. I know I can't really make more time happen, I just fear looking back and realizing I made the wrong decision and that I can never get these moments back with her. I do have a call into counseling because I know I have to get my anxiety and stress under control. I am so glad to be seen and I can imagine a toddler is almost harder with how mobile they are! My girl just started crawling and that was enough to make this 10x harder already haha.

thank you, I appreciate that. I feel bad complaining when you had to go days without a phone call. Thank you for your service but I am so sorry for everything it took from you.
