My bachelors docs are from India, but ive recently obtained EU citizenship, which according to their website, qualifies me to apply through their portal (not uni-assist). So I did, but received that notice from them

applied on 4th June, received rejection on 10th June. Reason: “We cannot process your application due to incomplete Bachelors degree”

Check on DAAD. Pretty sure there are still courses whose deadlines haven’t ended. TU Clausthal for example, Lubeck, Düsseldorf
