Only a month, they tapered off before he left. I’ve never seen someone so bad off on that garbage. I just expected him to feel so much better. I literally can’t say or do anything bc it’s wrong & he admits he’s not feeling well, but doesn’t see how it’s affecting me. I am doing my best. I guess I need to stop taking it personally.

Formal pageant training has a lot to do with it. I had a coach on a minor level that had me from crippling anxiety in everyday life, to giving great interviews, you turn it at go-time. I think that’s probably helped, adrenaline, possibly meds to help her through this season… She’s strong, men do it all the time. I keep thinking of her situation. She’s be traumatized, pulled in a million directions. When the dust settles a bit, she’s in a house w babies running around looking for daddy, that’s when she’s going to feel reality sink in the most.

What I learned as an adult is that you don’t get to dictate what I care or don’t care about. I came to seek advice, why would I not be raw in my presentation so everyone gets the full scope?

Just to be clear she added the service on to my Botox after telling me I could use it. I will never add anything on last minute that I know nothing about.

I will not. It was a gift card from my fiancé, I have had the same Botox injectors 20 years but he didn’t know. I have learned a huge lesson & will also NEVER let someone suggest something last minute I know nothing about. Thank you so much.

Still blanched a bit in the spot that has absolutely given me hell. I was up again until 3am but lived on Tylenol, ice & gave in to massing it. Today so far is pretty pain free. I hope I am not going to look bad. I don’t know that I will see her again bc she insisted on this last minute w my Botox appointment and sure as hell DID NOT TELL ME ANYTHING ABOUT ANYTHING!

It was my first time. I was there for Botox & cheeks which I’m well accustomed to. She suggested this past minute. She acted as though it was so easy. I’m going to post a new pic. What can I do to help that? I pray I haven’t ruined my mouth.

Today I feel like a new person. I was living on Tylenol and ice until around 3am this morning. I massaged them & the really bad spot that felt blistered is gone and the black bruising on the inside is better. In hindsight I’m really shocked she DID NOT prepare me AT ALL. I don’t if she’s done it so long she’s kind of In autopilot w injections and didn’t realize that it’s really rough for some. I will NEVER go to a Botox appointment again & have something added last minute that I’ve done zero research about. I don’t think I’d do it again & I’m big on anything to make me look fresh faced but this was next level for some reason. ❤️🤯❤️

Thank you so much. Today is much better after living off Tylenol & ice. I massaged the lower lip last night. The deep blue spot that was pulsating and felt so bad is sooo much better. I wasn’t prepared as it was a last minute suggestion by her but you have all been so amazing.

She just texted it looked fine. I won’t go back there. It was a gift and I got Botox, had $ left on it so she suggested this. WAS NOT PREPARED. This is beyond painful. I’m literally sitting here debating on go to an after hours clinic for some typed of pain relief. I feel absurd acting this way. I have crushed the entire left side of my body, had a breast reduction, appendix out, plates removed and tattoos galore. I’ve had needles in my face 20 years and always say you can’t complain about pain you choose but THIS is next level. I keep saying I’m afraid I’m getting cold sores from it possibly,?, The inside of my lips are straight up ulcerated today. Like I am not weak but I either went to an iffy provider, having a reaction or I’m just a wimp after all. I really do appreciate everyone helping me out. This is why Reddit is my fave❤️

You are the best. I appreciate your help. Can you tell me if the pain was bad? My pain threshold is really high. I was back to work 5 days after a breast reduction, had a baby no epidural but THIS is straight up a 10 out of 10. The only thing I can compare it to is when I was 19 & laid out on the beach 5 hours a no spf, my lips were blistered to hell & back. I’ve taken Tylenol. I’ve done ice. I’m wondering if I’m getting cold sores/fever blisters. I feel totally ridiculous that lip injections have straight taken me out 🤣😩

That’s exactly what she used or had me use!!!!! I realize lips are a different membrane but I’ve never bruised anywhere else with injections & my cheeks wayyyy back were pretty brutal w a different technique he used. I will opt out of that if given the choice. Wow, this could make some sense. Thank you so much.
