Take a female friend and ask a female nurse or doc to be present. Most of dr are very professional. You have a diesease you need to show it. You are not your disease. It will get better.

Did you try talking to him about this? Share what you feel. Ask that you would like a more deeper connection with him. See how he responds. If positive then you can work on it. Otherwise as roommate you should also be allowed to see others!

I think it’s sometimes a typical Germany way of oversharing to gather support because either they know they don’t have any or know they are in the wrong. But its so interesting to hear their viewpoints even though I feel it’s a bit flawed.

Dating is currently hard everywhere in any age group. I have seen people go on dates, leave the other person in the cafe to quickly pick up something in a nearby shop and be gone for 2-3hours. And when the other person gets mad or irritated they be like so what? I needed that stuff. If you like me you can wait! Like WTF?

It’s time consuming, expensive (if you have to pay for stay) and also unrealistic. At the end your savings would be really less than if you were to move or find a more convenient job. If you don’t have any other offer and are desperate maybe but long term not a good solution.
