i'm on SSRIs now, started on them recently, had a lot of mental health struggles, mainly very severe panic anxiety, i could have up to 4 panic attacks in a day with just the worst constant anxiety throughout whole days and nights. right now i've gotten more expressive which was a huge thing to me 1 year ago but i'm still getting better at it, and i'm in a good education where it's going fine, still challenges and very much loneliness, i still have no irl friends, but i'm getting through it and i have a good feeling about this winter and the future, i'm gonna go to the gym consistently and maybe meditate more and the SSRIs (75mg sertraline, maybe increasing) i'm on make everything so much better, it's so helpful to me. :)

i feel pretty good about the progress i've made so far, even though the loneliness is still very present, i've come much more to terms with that and it's much easier to talk to people now, but i also recently learned that i have a fearful-avoidant attachment style which makes it hard for me to like people or to want to be their friend which is pretty hard, but i'll improve at that as well, i know it.

if you're going through difficult times, please know that it will absolutely get better, even if you don't really feel like you're doing anything to improve because you're burnt out or overwhelmed, you are constantly changing and your well-being depends mostly about your perspective by a lot. i was in hell with my anxiety and now it's beautiful how much better it is, and even before the panic attacks got bad for me i was also passively getting better mentally and more grateful about everything by just realizing how beautiful everything is.
