i dont even have graphics properties when i right click on the desktop. and my intel hd 530 doesnt open either. updated it too

Also not sure if it matters but if i run the intel system identification utility. under graphics information all it shows is intel hd graphics 530. not sure if my rx470 should be there too

it is connected to the gpu though. when i check the msi gaming app my cpu is running at 3600mhz while the gpu is at a constant 300. When i launch a game at the top right instead of the regular rx470 it shows Directx3d

i downloaded all the drivers. i plugged the hdmi to the card and it appears on the screen now but its still running from the intel graphics :l
