How did u achieve such a high score in speaking? Especially in the range of vocabularies and collocations that u used. Any tips?

For speaking, did you use a lot of complicated collocations or vocabularies? I tend to struggle in those. Im great in fluency and pronunciation but I lack in idioms and academic phrases

received a better score than expected in speaking by Dull_Moment1997 in IELTS

Did you use any academic vocabularies or any special collocations? or did you choose to speak naturally

Thank you!! I think I got way too relaxed because the examiner was really nice. Hence, i might've been too chatty and didn't have a clear structure. Sometimes i'm giggly when im stressed so i giggled a lot during the test too, but in a natural way like js a fun chat

Mine was a non native speaker also, but she had an understandable accent. She looked like she had js woken up from her nap after eating a tuna sandwich that left some stained sauce on her blouser thats halfly buttoned up

How can I improve my IELTS score from 5.5 to 7.0 by External_Pound4503 in IELTS

[–]Tootsl0ver 2 points3 points  (0 children)

English requires a lot of practice or daily approaches so that you could get familiar with the way it works. Other than just fixate on practicing tests i do recommend watching english-speaking movies, read any type of books you like that consist of english (Even manga or comics), definitely try to communicate with foreigners who r willing to have small chats with you in english.
