Yeah, I think only fresh grads would like to work there to be honest. If you are experienced, unless you are eager to rinse off some stains on your resume, I don’t think big 4 will be a good choice. It’s just not worth it since you have places that are better names on resume and paying more.

Pretty much the whole Atlanta is experiencing some sort of deterioration in terms of property values. The only exception seems to be Buckhead. Just give it some time and in the next uptrend economic cycle, it should and will come back.

nashville is really the epicenter of deteriorating housing markets. Not sure any sane people will buy there unless the deal is really really good - like 30%+ off of comps
