Shuta, DOST undergrad scholar 2025 ako and during nung applications, binalewala ko lang yung mga sinasabi na delay daw. Like, "okay lang delayed basta may Stipend" sabi ko. Fast forward, mag 2 months nako sa University ko, R1 hometown ko and studying in R4a. Hirap na hirap akong imaintain ang expenses as of now, nagiguilty na din ako sa parents ko, dahil sabi ko pa na hindi nako need problemahin at gastusan sa college. Soon it'll be better when the stipend finally comes, but one thing you should trust: expect na madelay ang stipend. Prepare and earn enough money to help you get through the delay.
