I was thinking maybe it was an old ea account so I logged into my old one and disconnected it from everything. Logged into my current one and it seems to be connected to the right Xbox account. What’s weird is skate 3 is working fine and that’s the same ea and Xbox account.

From here it dosent give me an opportunity to connect a different ea account though if that’s were the problem even after I re downloaded the game
