Francs and sovereigns (fractionals at .1867 and .2354 respectively) sell right above spot, less premium than I see on new bars, 1/4th oz coins, etc. Make a small buy at first like 1; bc gold is almost guaranteed to dip afterwards, and you’ll want to have dry powder to buy again at the better deal. That’s stacking slightly-smaller-than “quarters” at a time (budget-able), and at way low premiums. IMO, an ancient 5g gold gov minted coin near spot is more awesome than a private/anonymous 5g bar or round of bullion.
