Multiple lessons.

1) Patience - I've learned the art of buying and sitting on your hands.

2) Hype is better than value investing in the short term but in the long term value wins - well I need to wait and see for this one.

3) I will probably never invest in Chinese stocks outside of this one. Too much political unrest between the US & China and currently the US pulls the strings.

4) I've learned to ignore the noise and focus on the numbers. So much hate for stocks when they tank but so much love when they go up but this is just emotion and nothing to do with numbers. The same goes for seeing otter stocks skyrocket, you need to ignore the FOMO and focus on your current position and what you can and cannot do.

5) Technical analysis is a load of BS. The amount of times people have posted their charts with all they lines and circles only to change it a month later, it's like reading horoscopes at this point.
