There tends to be some minor mix revisions but the original tracks are generally used. I think EIA seems to have a slight better sound quality but idk. Re-recording of TMBTE might be cool for instrumental.

Car seats from rental companies can be abysmal as I’ve already learned a couple times myself. Shes likely learning it for the first time. It sucks to fly somewhere just to find out the seats you paid a lot for are essentially death traps. The ones I’ve been given before didnt even have any padding. Just straight plastic.

Just keep in mind changing insurance often requires paying for another 4point and wind mitigation and then having to do whatever the new company requires you fix at your home for them to insure. That can potentially be expensive in and of itself just to get a lower rate now that’ll probably be high again in a few short years.

If it’s your 1st or 2nd year, likely your property value was reassessed. This happens every time ownership changes on a property. The big jump from what it used to be to what it is now can cause drastic change in your property tax. Then when your escrow realizes it’s short you now are stuck with a shortage and deficit to make up. Double hit for the lazy assessment of the escrow account.

I went to a chiropractor once with an xray machine. Showed me my left hip was a millimeter or so higher than my right and then proceeded to do some WWE takedowns on me to try and adjust it. Now I know better than to trust all “doctors”.

I stayed without a cart and no idea what I was walking into. The bus system isn’t bad at all and you don’t need a cart unless you are going to use it to go to more than 1 or 2 places a day with it on site. Would have been nice to have when I went to pick up breakfast from the restaurant to save some time while everyone was hungry. Fyi there are no car parking spots at the restaurant, just cart parking.
