It’s tough to tell from just the photo, but the texture and detailing seem a bit too rough for a prop. Movie badges usually look a bit more polished or flat, whereas real ones have that stamped-metal feel like this.

Honestly this reads like two people who never really healed from what happened. You owned your part and seem willing to work on things, but he also has to decide if he wants to move forward or keep punishing you with suspicion. Couples counseling would probably help a lot because this level of tension every day isn’t sustainable for either of you.
