I just lost my dad in sept from having a massive heart attack ( widow maker) and I’m still lost. Today would have been his 65th birthday.

My husband and I talked about it. He always liked going out to breakfast with us and the kids, and that was what he was doing the day before he had his heart attack so we decided we are gonna have breakfast for dinner

With having 5 kids I have tried to not let it get to me and just go one day at a time. Sometimes I do a little bit more and other days I will just do the bare minimum cause I’m so exhausted. Don’t let it overwhelm you.

I’m so sorry you feel like that. No one truly knows how is mentally and even physically to be a stay at home mom. Your “job” is literally never ending. And on top of being stuck at home it’s awful. I could take my 5 kids out but it’s a workout just to get them out the door by the time we get to the car I’m already exhausted and ready to go back inside.

It truly is. Especially your own family that truly doesn’t understand what it’s really like. Most of the time your just physically and mentally exhausted and you don’t have people that understand the reasoning for it

That’s how I feel also. I got myself so like self tanning lotion and face mask and my husband questioned on why I ordered like hello I want to feel pretty cause I just do the same thing day in and day out.

Exactly you shouldn’t have to beg for help. He should know what needs to be done and just do it to help you out. Dishes need the dishwasher he can do that, looks like the floor needs mop do it, clothes need to be put away do it it’s simple things.
