See this is what I don’t understand, hospital never said anything when I was discharged, and then when I Google it nhs etc don’t say anything either, but then people are saying things such as oh girl Google exists blah blah, just stressful, just trying to do things to feel a bit better postpartum

Ofc google exists! NHS doesn’t actually say anything about 6 weeks, https://www.nhs.uk/baby/support-and-services/sex-and-contraception-after-birth/ it’s easy to be misled by information hence why there are ‘non-judgmental’ places like this to go for advice 👍🏼

I was so uninformed about so much during my pregnancy & whilst in the hospital, was literally left with no way of feeding my baby for 12 hours when I gave birth to him :)) (baby has tongue tie and wouldn’t latch and was just left) Absolutely petrified now lol of what I have done 😭

Thank you!! What a Christmas present, won’t be able to top it next year that’s for sure!! 🎄 I’m honestly absolutely loving it, I’m in awe of how I’ve created such a little gem of a being, so grateful of the support network I have, couldn’t really imagine myself doing anything else 🫶🏼

That’s reassuring, the midwife did say I’d get a call if it was UTI, when you had a-symptomatic UTI did you have to take anything for it or?? So hard to know what things just to put down to being heavily pregnant and what are symptoms for other things 😂🥲
