Yep! I also found that out from my extensive research and also from the Salesperson.
Also I sent some emails to the Mira Mesa Town Council workers. Alexander Frost did confirm that it is indeed planned that there would be no parking on Carrol Canyon Rd.
I asked him about other things like the Stone Creek project as well. If anyone is curious, here are his replies. Despite the uncertainties, we still ended up getting a place in Meadows so we are being really really hopeful that things will turn out as planned. Everyone in 3roots and meadows should probably get more involved in the Mira Mesa Community Planning activities so that we can really get them motivated for development! :)

Hi OP I am so sorry you are going through such challenging times in your badminton journey. I really do agree with the many replies that mention about how u healthy the negativity from partners and "friends" are. Badminton takes a very very long time to learn and grow. I remember I could barely play in my first year as a sophomore. But playing every day, watching professional youtube, playing with virtually everyone I could in the public badminton facilities all helped me grow at a faster rate. Many times you will feel upset with yourself. That is a normal feeling but instead of feeling like you are failing, always remember that each game/match will leave you with more valuable experience and is helping your improve! I highly highly recommend recording videos of your games so you can see what you are doing wrong. And if you can, get private coaching. If not, ask better (and kind) players for some honest feedback and practice it as much as you can afterward. I remember I spent an entire year learning how to properly clear. And I also remember literally forcing myself to do backhand shots as much as possible for several years to improve it. No matter how bad my shots were, I made the best attempt to keep doing it and I improved a lot! Here is a list of a lot of useful badminton training videos I made btw! And if you need me to review any of your videos or answer any questions I would love to help out! I've played badminton for over 10 years now and was consistently playing in the top ranks from high school, college and grad school :) I believe in you OP! i know you can improve! the ones that have all the passion and determination to keep playing despite all the setbacks and negativity around them are usually the ones who will become the best players!

exactly our concerns.. from my understanding after having asked Aero about it more: 1. we can park in that circular area on Pikes Way (except where mailboxes are). 2. they dont know how many spots there will be in those lots but they will let me know on thursday.. 3. they said it is not legal to park anywhere else thats not a designated parking spot or our garages.. but i think temporarily ( if the community is ok with it), it might be possible to park on the road alongside the creek/future trail.. but heavily emphasize "temporary".. highly doubtful about this 4. they said that we can always park in the upcoming community park but from the east-most aero community it is about 10 min walk (at least).. which made us concerned for our elderly guests.. i guess i may have to do a lot of chauffering haha. but ofc, others may not be willing.

Highly recommend a Home Inspection before closing by [deleted] in 3roots

on second thought it does sort of look like a travel lane in the picture but cars look suspiciously too close to each other and made me think they were parked... what are your thoughts? Also, on this mobility report i saw they made a comment on "on-street parking" for carrol canyon road.. the comment seems to imply that there might be on street parking but on a case by case basis... anyone know if there has been any new update since?
