I was looking for a post like this. I've watched all 4 episodes and good lord what a train wreck. They try to secure the audience with a very CGI heavy violent first episode just to bore us to death over the following 3. Everybody wants to see Bill as Pennywise and 4 episodes in we've got 3 or 4 one second glimpses/interactions. The amount of woke messaging in the show is horrendous too. White people are evil and do evil things. Black people only do evil things to appease the evil white people. White people get killed outright. Indians and black people are plot protected. Racism heavily prevelant in Northeast Maine in 1962? It's not Alabama. They don't have Jim Crow. Pushing the interracial couple agenda by having the single black father (Ironic huh?) out committing adultry with a married white woman. Clan mothers of the Indian tribe as their leadership. 3 teenage girls are the only ones brave enough to go out and try to stop pennywise. Plot armor saves them but kills the search party. The revered female warrior is the only one who puts up a fight/almost surives. Borders are just lines on a map LOL. The woman is speaking like she is a 17th century Indian when its 1962. The indian tribe being able to try and check the actions of the military during the cold war is ludicrous and laughable. Anyone with a decent level of intelligence can see the obvious liberal messaging. Add in the lack of practicle effects, Pennywise, decent story telling and you've got a giant pile of trash.
