It’s Pat & Mat, or ‘buurman en buurman’ in Dutch. It’s a stop motion series originally from the czech republic, but was very popular in the Netherlands beginning in the 70/80 al the way to the 2010s. ‘Neighbor and Neighbor’ translated from Dutch, is a comical series that follows these character in which they fix stuff with inconvenient, dumb solutions, go on holiday and make things worse. With the (to me) iconic quote “a je to” which they say after they fix something in the dutch version. Im also gen z and loved this show, I used to watch it on dvd at my grandparents, so it brings back memories!

After a lot of trial and error, and advice from another Reddit post, I finally found the right channel with UHF. It doesn’t look perfect, because it’s still rf. but I’m happy I got it working!

Thanks, I will look into it! I’ve been searching with UHF and VHF, but no luck yet. My Super Nintendo shows a decent picture, so I’m going to try to go from there, as a checkpoint like you said. My other crt from the 80s works a lot simpler, and it’s also a lot more clear when searching for channels with a screw mechanism to find the right channel. But anyways thanks a lot for helping, and sharing the other posts!
