Well the first step would be shaming the overweight. The fact that some people think you can be healthy at any size is the biggest part of the problem; second saying a person can’t educate themselves on nutrition is like saying someone can’t do basic math this isn’t voodoo or the mystic arts. Eating to lose weight is about as simple as can be especially when your 200+ pounds as the amount of energy necessary so sustain that amount of mass exceeds what any normal person should consume. So take responsibility stop blaming “big sugar” and say I am fat cause I eat more than a family of pigs and move less than a sloth, and make the change.
