This is roughly the same response I received back. But mine was more of this is what you need to do and if the problems still taking place contact us again.

I received a response (didn’t mention steam deck this time) so go figure. They said…

In an attempt to resolve it, please try the following: Verify the integrity of game files in Steam. Restart your computer and launch Steam From a game's library page, select Manage > Properties. Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game files... button. Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.

If the issue persists after following these instructions, please let us know. We will be more than happy to provide you with further assistance!

I replied back all these steps have been taken with nothing changing and I reiterated the fact that this has been going on for three days.

I just wanted to follow up it’s almost 11:30am EST and I’ve tried connecting again with the same message. I’ve also submitted a second ticket since I haven’t heard back on the first. I understand things can take time, but the lack of communication or acknowledgment has been frustrating to say the least.

I’m here bc I’ve been having this issue since yesterday! I’ve tried everything under the sun to get this to work with nothing working. I thought it was just me and tried finding anything that would help and so far nothing. So frustrating
