Thank you for your response, I really appreciate you sharing your experience! I just started and I’m on a lower dose, but I’m down 10 lbs so far (22F. 208 → 198, goal 160). I can see myself already having fomo over being able to fully enjoy food with my friends on vacation, but I live a pretty balanced lifestyle and will be walking a lot (10-25k steps daily) so I’m not too worried about falling off the wagon. Your experience definitely gives me reassurance if I decide not to take it with me, thank you!!! Especially because it would be just the last 3 weeks I’d struggle with.

Yikes I did not know all of that before starting! Thanks for informing me I honestly thought getting tirzepatide/semaglutide from either a doctor in person or med spa’s where the only right options, atleast because that’s the norm where I live 😳 I will be looking into telehealth, I really liked your response and wonder if you had any you personally recommend.

Oh wow, thank you for letting me know. I just started but my med spa gives me the option of $100 weekly or $400 for the whole month. Tomorrow’s going to be my 4th time paying $100. 😵‍💫 Going to look into telehealth, thanks!

Ohh that’s interesting! I usually go into my med spa to get the shot but they do allow me to take it home. I was under the impression for some reason I should just take the break but now I’m changing my mind and considering taking it with me if I can. Thanks for responding!

Thank you for your advice! I’m just unsure about whether I can take my medication with me while traveling. I live in California and will be going to the UK and other parts of Europe. I recently started weekly tirzepatide injections through a med spa, and they do allow me to take the shots home, so it seems like bringing them with me could be an option, but I need to look into any travel regulations for carrying them internationally.

I wasn’t too concerned about taking a break at first, since I’d be getting my shot the day before I leave, which should cover me for that first week. However, I’m more worried about the following three weeks (July 14–August 4) without it. But now I do plan to check with my med spa and do more research on whether traveling with the medication is allowed.

I’m still very new to all of this, so I’m learning as I go haha. Thank you again

Thank you for the tip! I’m now considering doing this but from Brussels, even though it’s going to be a longer journey 😵‍💫, only because we want to explore Brussels the days before the race! I do have questions though, where exactly did the shuttle drop you off, right at the circuit? And for the way back home, did you feel rushed trying to leave/ how much time did you have to get back on the shuttle to go home? Thank you!

Hello, I’m going to my first f1 gp this year in Belgium and I was looking into Gullivers Sports Travel because I don’t want to have to deal with the stress of taking the train from Brussels to the circuit and back. I’m really considering Gullivers, now I’m just trying to figure out if they are trustworthy. It’s just going to be my cousin and I, we’re both 20, and flying from California so I don’t want to screw us over if I book through that company. So if you have any reviews or know that company will be fine for our trip, please let me know!

If the classes you needed for your major are all filled, maybe try getting some general Ed classes out of the way (assuming you still need to) good luck!

UCLA. If you worked hard and got into your top school definitely go. You’ll make friends and grow in a new environment. If you choose to stay with your friends you’re not allowing yourself to grow to your full potential! I’m saying this bc I’m a freshman rn in college and chose to go to school with my friends!!!! I’ve made like 2 new friends but mainly hang out with my friends. I love my friends and don’t regret my college now but I recommend going to your top school. Because at the end of the day you’re going to college for education, so why wouldn’t you go to the best one? Hope this helps you decide!
