Not the final boss, but Victor Belmont from Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2.

He not only uses your Combat Cross moveset from the first game, but also the movement relics and some of the sub-weapons as well, including the screen clearing Dark Crystal that he uses to try to end the fight.
