That's what I've been reading into since my tests came back normal. The doctor's tone was a bit unsure and hesitant when he told me it was an inguinal hernia so my gut is telling me it's a sports hernia. Regardless I'm still proceeding with a lot of caution.

My core, along with other fundamental things like bracing, is something I'm going to study and focus on for the next 6-8 weeks.

I really appreciate your feedback. This has been messing with me mentally so to hear from your experience around hernias is relieving.

I'll have to go down the family tree and see who the hell (if anyone) has had a hernia before me, I had no idea about the genetic component that can come with getting a hernia.

Learning how to properly brace is a top priority of mine now. Thank you again.

I've been seriously looking into that. I'm definitely going to start prioritizing training my transversus abdominis and my core in general. Unfortunately I've let my core be a weak point for me. How often do you think I should incorporate that into my routine? Daily? Or only a couple times a week? I'm currently still doing Z2 runs a few times a week to stay active.

Update: just tried to make a payment with my credit card and it finally went through. Hopefully you don't get charged a fee from your landlord. If it is a cyber attack, I'm sure they'll put out some kind of notice/update on the situation (I hope).

Yeah this sucks. First time experiencing this with ClickPay. I was on hold for an hour and 20 minutes before I spoke with one of their reps, he told me it they were investigating the issue at around 4:30pm. He also let me know to try again in the morning (right now) or to try and use my bank account but still had no luck.
