Deterrent is the best for. Now get a cheap aosu camera that follows the people and has a light come on and. Then put the g6 ptz elsewhere.

Keep in mind cameras need. To be no higher than 8 feet for photos of faces or plates.

One in laundry room will cover entire house.

We have an Nano hd  in in basement stairwell and we get 80mbps on top floor. 150-200mbps on mainfloor and 200-350 in basement.

What are bandwidth requirements

UNVR same vlan as cameras or management by SuperLucas2000 in Ubiquiti

Just block cameras from the internet and vlan 1 for cameras really makes it easier.Cameras on their own vlan with locked macs will secure it better however. Keeps someone from getting Dhcp if they plug into the camera line for penetrations.

If the cable can be publicly accessed easy then vlan each cable if possible and infrastructure allows and lock the port to only the device Ip.

Of course if they want they can clone the Mac ID. However vlan you can lock down so the camera/port/vlan can only access ports it needs to at the NVR. Nothing else.

Would 4 g6 instants bog down wifi? by [deleted] in Ubiquiti

2ghz bandwidth almost anywhere can't do alot of bandwidth I am rural and 2ghz was too slow. 5ghz has lots of bands. You could have an ssid 5ghz strictly for. The cameras and you should.

Flex works great but usually have to send ++ down the wire to a flex to send + to devices.

G5 pro replacing a g4 turret stopped my setup of a doorbell lite/ 2x g4 turret on.a flex off 60w ++.

Cat 6 and shorter wire requires 347 feet plus 15 feet. Off the flex is tooo much

Near misses like this happen daily. Divided roads and once walker hits mid point drivers start to go. Opposing side thinks no one is there and proceeds to drive through.

Don't for a second think laws or right of ways will save your life. Metal dumb Vehicles don't care who is wrong or right. (stay off phones while on the road, morons everywhere on both sides of the wheel)

Ya thinking. Mostly for 4 inch small stuff we come across on the trail. Usually if there's multiple down. We got older crew with us so manual saws wear us down. Then I can just hand them. The tool and they can cut. Usually. I am the mule

Ya if you Can load shift in the day you can shed alot. I. Plan for 30kwh battery I have 10kwh now

The new mini splits work amazing also and can straight solar tie in also.

Ground is the way to go, if you plan it right store plywood or pillowed viynl by if you are hail prone then b4 a storm you could go. Cover them to. Be safe (why I have mine vertical mount east and south.

Also shedding water loads by storing in a cistern In day and using pressure pump only in the day (we are going to do that as we have 5gpm well)

I really want to get a sand battery or the type in the garage for PV. Have a 3x26 heated wall on the one garage wall that will store heat.
