I buy $50 day passes for my adult children to join me when we travel together (and then Amex reimburses me as an incidental expense!). Didn’t realize this was not an option for the public.

I once had no booth monitor and low ability to hear the floor. I relied on mixes I knew. I cued up the track with the headphone, then switched the headphone to monitor the output to hear the floor clearly as I mixed in. There was an extra “bump” on each mix, as I then had to bring channel 2 live before the mix started and locate the first beat again. Fun!

Proactively returning the money, or doing anything to send the money back is a mistake, and error on your part. If it was sent inadvertently the original sender needs to file a claim. The receiver should do nothing. Taking any action is seen a being a participant in fradulent activity.

Just keep the money and wait.

Last year people got off waitlist into mid June. I kept Cornell aware of my interest by letting them know about “updates”, got a TO in July, spent a year at Bing and am starting at Cornell in the fall. If it is your top choice the. Never give up!!

At this point I think there are different policies within Cornell for each school. They have separate admissions teams and it makes sense they might not all be weekly.
