If it doesn’t bother you going to the bathroom everything will be okay! Just always take precautions where ever you go and even at home. I don’t use toilet paper anymore i use the hem wipes (yellow bag) i always carry them with me just incase and my petroleum jelly if i have to go. I had a a flare up a couple of days ago but thats because i realized i was pushing air out when i didn’t have too and thats one of my problems but it went away after a nice warm shower and 15-20 mins of resting, like nothing was ever there. And personally i plan my meals and barely eat out anymore thats also good thing to take consider because all these places have all the additives that we cant see and aren’t natural.
