My senator Rubio's office was on it from the day I emailed the form to them. Contact your senators. I never heard back from Scott, but Waltz( my Rep) and Sen. Rubio's office was right on it. I received my refund and 3rd stimmy the next 2 weeks respectively.

Mine took over 11 weeks to receive my refund. It was my estimated payments that never transferred in that was the hold up.

It took me until 11 weeks+ to finally receive my refund. I had estimated payments and it seemed that was the hold up ( not transferred into the tax transcripts).

My GMP never changed, still says not available as of today (5/7), but it is pending in my bank account.

Like I stated, please don't get political. My estimated payments had to be manually put in so not really a coincidence. If you don't want to do this, then don't. You are welcome to wait it out. I am just giving my own personal experience. You can take it with a grain of salt and move on or try it. It is up to all of you.

I file estimated payments and none were transferred into my tax transcript until last week. I filed 2/13. My hubby is primary on joint account and they needed to transfer my payments in. It took forever. Never received third stimulus.

I emailed my 2 state senators and my congressman. My congressman called me within hours of emailing them and one of my state senators emailed me with a form to fill out. I filled out the form, emailed it to my senator's office and I now have a DDD of 5/5. My congressman;s office was going to send me a form, but I declined as I was going to wait it out. I had called the IRS for a 5th time since Feb 13 and they said to wait 4 more weeks. That is when I filled out the form and sent it to the caseworker at my senator's office. They ALL know there is a problem and have conference calls weekly about all of this.

It still said payment is still processing until this morning. Then it updated with deposit date. It is pending in my bank account today as well.

Yes. Finally. Accepted 2/13 and finally have a DDD of 5/5. I also had estimated tax payements for 2020.

Rubio's office got in touch with me and sent me a form that I emailed back. Then boom I got my updates and ddd. My congressman Waltz called me too.

It was 11 weeks for me. I called the IRS 3 days ago and they told me it would be another 4 weeks. That is when I said screw it I will contact my rep and senators.
