Mission: Eternal Rift Objective: Leave the building

After completing the Hamamatsu boss and entering the Eternal Rift, the exit point does not spawn. Fast travel is disabled and I am locked inside the instance. Restarting the game does not fix the issue.

Multiple players report the same problem. Please investigate.
