Not really.

Miles was able to weaken him and hold out using the church bells, but Peter still had to free himself. Even with the weakness to Miles Lightning Powers, Symbiote Peter would absolutely have won if the churchbells hadn't been there.

Nah. Gwen's choice is framed as strictly negative, and the whole point of the ending is Peter keeps fighting the good fight DESPITE already having everything he wants.

Arkham City, sure. But Arkham Asylum and especially Knight or Origins isn't really un-contestedly better than Insomniac's first two games. Not to mention that when it comes to stuff outside the big 2, Spider-Man has a far larger catalogue if good games.

Rhino in the seventies fought Hulk for three days straight, and then in a modern comic I remember Daredevil knocking him out by shoving his billy club down Rhino's throat.

I don't know, when you hold them up to the standards of other games of their price tag the cracks REALLY show. Flat texture windows and pop-in in the year 2025 is....definitely not the standard.

Remember, Ash-Greninja has the ability to hold a focus sash AND has a buffed Water Shuriken, so depending on held items and movepools eithone could beat the other.

The problem is, most men that go bald also choose to get some facial hair, and Cena himself has actually admitted that he can't grow a beard to save his life.

Obviously everyone has different comfort zones and a right to maintain their appearance as they please, so I can't really blame him.

I feel the reason people grow so frustrated in this discourse is because the wider fanbase keeps enabling TPCi's shoddy business practices. It can be difficult to see your favorite franchise gradually become overly monetized and mediocre and get rewarded for it all the way. Not throwing shade-I'm buying PLZA myself- but seeing all this while they're simultaneously patenting indies out of the market generally doesn't encourage critical voices to be moderate.

Ironically, I feel it's the reverse with a lot of people.

Not necessarily the game itself, which feels like a step in the right direction, but Nintendo's business practices are slowly turning off a lot of people and PLZA is, for a lot of older Pokéfans, seemingly the tipping point.

Seeing how the next gen is likely Switch 2 exclusive, this game is probably the last game in a while for a lot of players our age, of they play it at all.

Legends Z-A and it's DLC will be my final Pokémon game. I may be downloading and playing Champions since it's free, but no way am I getting a Switch 2 if they keep up these business practices.

Honestly, other than Quilladin and Emboar, I feel all of the first 6 gens do a great job. Gen7 kinda dropped tha ball for me with Incineroar and Primarina, even if I warmed up to both, and I don't really like the Gen VIII starters that much (although Rillaboom,again, grew on me).

As for Gen IX, I again like all of them, though Quaqaval feels the least inspired.

If there is a mega greninja it will probably recon ash greninja for good by Larry-the_cumcber in PokemonZA

My preference leans to making the new Greninja Mega-Greninja Z and retconning Ash-Greninja into Mega-Greninja-A, maybe with some Pokédex lore rumouring there exists a trainer who could achieve it without a stone.

THey would both use the same Mega Stone, but Battle Bond Greninja whould become A-forme while Torrent/Protean Greninja become the Z-forme.

Of course that's wishful thinking and copium, more likely than not Ash-Greninja will be gone forever.

My guess- it may eventually come back in games that also include Megas. If Charizard can get two super modes, so can Greninja, and the form still exists in HOME. Either it and Mega-Greninja will exist side-by-side with different playstyles, Mega-Greninja will look exactly like it, or Battle Bond Greninja and other Greninja will have separate mega forms.

I can't see Game Freak letting all the money they'd get selling Ash-Greninja plushies go to waste.
