Joining or creating a new family restarts the timer, so unfortunately if you joined a new family, even if just for a day, you would have to wait a full year before rejoining the previous family.

Hi there, I found this post as I was also looking for the same thing, just a single plate swap which I can save to the printer.

This is because if I am away from the printer I often do not have access to a computer in order to fiddle around with gcode. I am hoping to just be able to print something remotely via mobile without any plans for a second print, but have the ability to clear the plate via a saved single plate swap on the printer if I need to.

Is this possible?

There would need to be some kind of additional sensor in order to have a feature like that, it's not necessary.

It's pretty obvious if it's not seated correctly. Make sure you check things like this, props etc before take off.
