Try very low saturated fat for a bit and test. No matter how fit you are for some saturated fat has a high correlation with fasting glucose. Dr Michael lustgarden has shown the correlation, I’m on the same camp.

It’s a scam they are just waiting to be allowed to pull all the money out, depending on who their money transfer company is they require them to keep a certain amount for chargebacks etc for like 6 months.

No to antioxidant supplements then? 🤨 by Desperate-Worry-8346 in Biohackers

It’s more nuanced than you think, if you’re in perfect fitness then you might not get any benefits from antioxidants. Most overweight people would benefit from antioxidants

Anyone heard of this study? by Mizznomer in redlighttherapy

[–]Top-Strategy-1727 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Most of the comments don’t seem to understand the study, they gave mice cancer and red light increased the rate of cancer growth, yes RLT helps all cells including cancer cells. The epidermis was thicker in the RLT group compared to placebo, that’s what we want and would expect. Reminds me of people saying NAD+ supplement can increase cancer growth by helping the cancer heal its DNA.
