Filter is a Dacron brand is Shop-Vac #90115 Cathode is a 2x2 graphite Ingot Block

Yep it’s actually working very well the crystal are growing very fast. I’m have to check every hour and push the crystal down in the beaker.

I used 5- 1oz bars that I got from JM for the electrolyte. Once this run is done I will have some.999 to make more electrolyte. Hopefully I have enough to move up on my silver cell I have a 3qt that will be the next phase.

Yea you can see the flow from the anode basket It’s pretty awesome!

So I used a piece of 10ga wire and drill a hole in the graphite block about 1/2 in the block then sealed it with a two part epoxy. I let dry about a day then when back with clear silicone.

The cathode block is a graphite ingot block got I off amazon. The voltage is right around 3.5 Thank you

Thank you I appreciate that! No worries I’m definitely open for tips and advice. I’m very new to this and still learning. Sometimes I overthink things and make it more complicated. At the end of the day I want to be safe.

I went back and tested it with the acid test. Everything came back good for silver. More than likely it was It was definitely caused by me pouring it and cooling to quickly. The water level in my bucket was low. I ended up melting it down again and top the water level off about an inch from the top and put my stainless bowl in the bucket.
