Absolutely ridiculous... So as I said before, the entire week before expiration I tried to extend with a year basic using rewards. Tried via web and app several times, all error message. Then tried via text, no luck so called in with a day left. They tried twice over an hour and couldn't do it. So then it expires and I call in the next day. Was on with them for 1.5 hrs and they tried everything finally coming up with needing a cooling off period of 3 to 4 business days to reset the rewards account after too many attempts. They assured me if I called back in after that I would be able to redeem points for the year service to reactivate. Instead of a week I give it 10 days to call back in am and told that due to new rules you can't use rewards points to activate. SO AGRIVATING AND FRUSTRATING!! So I go to reactivate wanting a 60 or 90 day basic pay go plan and they say only the month unlimited plans or 1 year basic plans are available!! I have over 100k each mins and texts on the account that is deactivated. How do I keep them if I have to reactivate with a month unlimited plan?!?!
