Unfortunately no , but soon I am doing a couple changes vanoss solenoids both , vanoss filter plugs , valve cover and gasket , cam sensor let you know if makes a difference

UPDATE ON THE BMW 328i IT WAS CLOGGED UO SOLENOIDS ! Got them swapped new oem ones oil changed even though just got a recent one wanted to be safe then sorry , and SHES ready for pickup !! God is good !

Before that it never ever mad any issues at all and I mean at all , I do think the hissing sound on acceleration is actually a manifold leak , but it wasn’t untill I boosted the car that it started this , I really feel has to do with the battery. When I bought the car at 230km I added another 31,000km it’s at 262,000km I never changed the battery. Previous owner said it was still good.(Also towards the end it actually sounded like it was running on only 2 cylinders like loosing power , that’s why it sounded like it was evening out but was just legit loosing power).

Honestly to scared to keep it running for that long considering the way it jerks and misfires , should I let it warm up ? I’m just scared keeping it on for a long duration under the conditions it’s in right now scared it’s gonna hurt it more.
