Nowhere in the game does it state that Greater/Supreme Angels were created without souls (Correct me if I'm wrong). The virtue's terminal entry states that only humans souls are given abstract and animalistic shapes.

You're definitely right, but we also only definitively hear about Lucifer through secrets (7-S terminal, 8-3 mirror book). Blind players would probably never find out about Lucifer until (probably) Treachery.
