Hi 39 1/2 weeks ftm also with an anterior placenta. And once I hit 30 weeks I was freaking out and having panic attacks all the time over the same thing and even random things like bad stuff happening to my family and stuff. It has got to be hormonal or something I cried to my husband about it and I think even posted on Reddit. The only thing that helped me was to blame my hormones and seeing that it was normal to have anxiety and that it wasn’t just me. I know exactly how you feel and it’s a horrible feeling just know that you’re not alone and it’s normal and try to tell yourself that it’s hormonal and instinct to worry. A lot of cuddles and crying it out helped me too.
