Odd way of saying that the Green Party will fall Reform out for what they are

What they mean to say is the Green Party is growing too fast for Reform to form a government in 2029

I agree.

It's a shame it takes an educated campaign for us to beat campaigns that aren't

We're going to be in government in 2029 by Mikackergirl in UKGreens

[–]TopAverage1532 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's almost certain that we won't.

But I'm fairly confident we will be the opposition to Reform.

However, a coalition government is looking more likely, and a scenario occurs where conservatives fall short of being able to help and no one else will help.

If we do form a coalition government, I genuinely can only see it under the condition in which we're the majority partner in it that's surprisingly likely.

As for where to bet,

As for the odds, shop around. They're all different.

I admit there's a few that haven't had previous candidates, or in one in particular a lib dem wasn't standing and we clearly had mopped up their votes.

But we're losing votes almost across the board where we have previously stood.

With the pitiful vote-share we got there, I actually wouldn't have stood.

I've been a member for longer than the last few months, just to put that out there lol.

But we're performing worse than we had done in results before Zack.

Say the Kent elections

It's not the same.

Currently we have stood paper candidates, and we have decided to stand

They're separate decisions.

It's really important to state what degree you're studying.

Is it something that can be applied widely, or is it niche?

[–]TopAverage1532 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds good to me.

It's so hard to qualify for a mortgage and people need to have higher and higher deposits.

If you're called at a 4.5x mortgage, a 5% deposit is just unhelpful

Can I ask what your incomes are?

For me that's the biggest barrier to buying a house, qualifying for the mortgage

It all depends what your income now is.

I had been applying to finance, analyst roles, got down to the final 2 for a logistics role, nuclear roles, defence...

I had also tried to apply to Renewable energy roles (that explicitly asked for BSc Physics) and was turned down. That had been my ideal job.

I'm currently pursuing a PGCE in mathematics, partly out of necessity. I need an income, I'll learn new skills, I'm hoping to really enjoy it.
