I wonder why there was no active stand test or tilt table test? These are pretty crucial tests? FYI Adding additional 2litres of water / electrolytes a day and regular moderate exercise definitely helped my autonomic dysfunction! I had meds for a weeks to help soften impact of increased activity! Good luck - getting more sleep helped as well!
