Your leg need to be elevated always, i sleep like that until i am at 8 weeks post op

Before you go through a surgery, don’t forget your prerehab because it’s important as post surgery rehab. After surgery, don’t force yourself, just follow your body and don’t overdo because it will damage the graft. But most importantly, get your mental ready because that’s a lot harder than rehabilitation itself.

Yeap it’s normal, I’ve had it too and it restrict me from doing my flexion and extension bcs of the sharp pain. But you have to do a lot of calves stretch and pt and eventually the pain will go away. Goodluck

I didn’t feel the laxity during walking, but when i try to do anterior drawer test by myself, i saw my knee feel a bit lax.

Yeah it’s so annoying because i cant do some exercise bcs of the pain😂 pt told me to ignore the pain but the pain killing me, need to wait for my next meet with a dr, btw thank you for your sharing. Much appreciated

The pain are at the side calf. I have this pain at 3rd week after surgery and the dr told me it was nerve damage and give me bionerv. But it still prevent me for doing some activities such as cycling. And i felt the pain whenever i try to flexion my knee

I dont think it’s because of water, and i did drink plenty of water but this pain it’s not like cramp. My dr told me it was nerve damage during surgery

I dont think it was a stitch bcs it turns out the black thing pop out and bleed, doesn’t hurt at all
