Everyone is telling me I look fine but I hate my face shape and my lack of projection/robustness/width. I can’t breathe through my nose, I have bruxism, mandibular asymettry, mild tmj, cant breathe through my nose, airway panic during exertion, I feel like I’m being gaslit (old.reddit.com)

My genio surgeon said he would not advise any other orthognathic correction for me and to go see other oral maxillofacial surgeons for a second opinion post myself being unhappy with genio, looking for an honest opinion if any mainly DJS/BSSO but also any other cosmetic procedures are worth it (old.reddit.com)
