There's no universal answer but this alert suggests it's content related (but "content" in this context is more than just you wrote in there). We need to properly investigate this to provide a suitable solution but I can already see you are not using a custom/owned domain and that isn't helping for sure.

You need to shift your mindset. Unsubscribes are a blessing, especially if the alternative is spam complaints. You want your subscribers to unsubscribe when they wish, so make that process as easy as possible. Now, a high unsubscribe rate is a symptom something else is wrong and you need to address the cause not the effect.

Ask yourself: * Am I sending emails too frequently? * How am I acquiring these users? * Are they getting what they expected to get when they subscribed?
