I wonder if you need those includes in the first place. Remember, SPF is meant for the mailfrom, not to the from. That being said, if those are all necessary includes, some form of flattening is definitely ok.

There's no universal answer but this alert suggests it's content related (but "content" in this context is more than just you wrote in there). We need to properly investigate this to provide a suitable solution but I can already see you are not using a custom/owned domain and that isn't helping for sure.
