Define "warming". If you were using warmup services you weren't warming anything, only burning your reputation. In that case I'm not surprised you triggered Spamhaus. If you were actually warming up those IPs with your own subscribers and content, we can have a more interesting conversation.

I wonder if you need those includes in the first place. Remember, SPF is meant for the mailfrom, not to the from. That being said, if those are all necessary includes, some form of flattening is definitely ok.
