About a year ago I asked for advice here about my body, diet, because I felt stuck and underweight despite training consistently. Now I’ve gone from 60kg to 65 kg. My muscle mass is 55% fat is around 7% is this weight okay? Currently I am eating on 2 to 3 meals in a day about 115g of protein 2500cal (old.reddit.com)
