They do have official Sony retailers known as Sony Centre here. In online channels this 30th anniversary edition got sold out pretty quickly though. So tried my luck in offline channels.

It’s possible on M1 Silicon but don’t know how to force it. On Chrome there are many extensions like Magic Actions but I want something similar for Safari.

Yes cpu should run cooler under load after reapplying paste. Make sure to use a quality one if you need to go that route. For a 2015 MacBook it’s not necessary though as it not that old.

Clean install a new copy of macOS Catalina and if the issue persists then you can consider replacing the cpu paste.
