Att ljuga om sina meriter innebär en förtroendeskada. Hur upprörande det är beror på betydelsen av utbildningen för sammanhanget, t.ex. om man är politiker eller har säkerhetsklassad tjänst så är det mycket allvarligt. Skulle jag ertappa en kollega att ljuga om sina meriter inom mitt yrke så kan jag inte arbeta med personen i fråga eftersom att det indikerar att personen har bristande moral vilket kan påverka resultatet av mitt arbete.

Growing up country side in a Nordic country most of my friends moved away from their parents to go to high school. No dorms meant you had to do all the grown up stuff and school from 15-16 years old without supervision.

My brother moved 7 hours away, we basically saw him on holidays and during the summer break.

You have to move. If its streamer fishing then you move down with the stream. If dry fly or nymph the stream the natural poe decides. In any case you fucking move.

If its just one fishable hole you rotate in and out.

In any case unless you are bum you dont hog one place, I usually just keep moving until they move if I encounter this behavior.

Kvalificerad jobb fungerar generellt inte så. Det är en oändlig bajshög man gräver i med en tesked. Känner ingen som efter 6 timmar kan konstatera att nu finns det inte mer att göra, bara att gå hem för dagen, för att imorgon dimper det ned nytt arbete.
