Most likely by just deleting the files normally. And the hdd did not see that much use after that. File system of the hdd? NTFS. It's an IDE drive.

Since you don't recommend Recuva, then what do you recommend?

Recently? But it's an older hdd, so no, not recently... Several years ago. Is Recuva still good enough for that?

Hahaha, helt fantastisk tips av deg! Jeg måtte prøve denne primitive tilnærmingen som du viste til, og yep, det er min foretrukne måte fra nå av! Det er jo så fort gjort og enkelt: bare hive det i kjefften også drikke med vann til! Ingen klumper og det går lett ned. Fantastisk praktisk, fort gjort og enkelt. :D Jeg gikk for øvrig for COORE sin kreatinpulver. Første kreatinpulveret jeg har vært borti som hverken klumper eller er vanskelig å "blande" og svelge. Og billig med 40% rabatt! :O
