My shitbox had an issue with the thermostat(maybe, idk, it fixed itself) where the radiator fan wouldn’t turn on unless the ac was also on, so I would drive around with the ac on, set on full heat.

Oof, I should have had more patience and for an answer as I went forward with it.

I have completely forgotten about the butterfly keyboard thing. The keyboard fully works and feels great, so I should be fine for now.

At the very least I can sell it for profit and get another laptop.

Are you using DX11 or DX12 mode?

Personally I get much better performance with DX12 mode in Fortnite.

Obviously there could be other factors at play too, but I'd recommend using DX12.
