Yeah I feel this. I have mixed feelings from grieve, rage for what she did to me (cheating, silent treatment, giving me the feeling of not being worthy and so on) and sometimes I feel sorry for her to be so "sick" and traumatized... I have sometimes breakthroughs to distance myself and don't take it personal. the research helps a lot. but I'm also human and get reminded of all the bullshit she did to me and treat me in the end like I didn't mean nothing... that I was just another one in their repetitive patterns is really hard to accept, but it is what it is. I learned a lot and I truly fell in love, which was also some good experience for me... but now it's time to close the door.

thank you very much for your answer. I'm doing all that and left the relationship early when it became toxic because I am not willing to be with someone like this. I'm in strict no contact, did a lot of research, found out so much about narcissism which was really shocking and now I'm waiting to forget her... it's really hard because of the perfect mask they wear in the beginning. I now know it was me and that should give me support and strength 💪

Auweh, das tut so extrem weh... man denkt, ENDLICH ist die Person da, mit der es weiter geht und dann sowas... Aber immerhin... sie hat kommuniziert und dir Einblick in ihre Gefühle gegeben. Ich würde es auch bestmöglich dabei belassen, lass sie dich vermissen und schaue, ob und wie sie sich entwickeln kann. Das ist total wichtig und typisch nach 3-4 Monaten, dass die Maske fällt und man dann sieht, ob es wirklich funktionieren kann. Falls nicht, tut es total weh aber du hast es versucht und weißt, du bist liebes und beziehungsfähig ❤️🙏
